RTB Tours & Shuttles — Local services in Calgary

Very good shuttle from Banff to Calgary for which I bought a 6 ticket pack and my friend who now works with me and takes the bus with me bought 10 ticket pack . I needed a ride where I can quietly read for an hour and a half , because sometimes I don’t want to engage in convos with the driver or other passengers and they stick to scheduled stops with no special requests from other passengers. Also somewhere with a NW bus stop for my friend . This company fits the bill . The only downside is that I had no issue buying single tickets in the past but both my friend and I needed to contact the owner for the unique code for the ticket pack which was missing from the email .We got our codes after asking the Tony the owner. Le 5 janvier 2022, nous nous présentons dans un stationnement pour autobus à Banff. Notre navette doit nous amener faire notre activité à Canmore.

Nous ne savons pas comment reconnaître la navette qui doit nous amener. Comme il est près de l'heure de notre départ et que je ne vois rien qui puisse ressembler à la nôtre, je pense que l'entreprise fait peut-être affaires avec RTB Tours et je demande poliment au conducteur si c'est lui qui doit nous amener pour une randonnée de traîneaux à chiens à Canmore. Il rit et me dit que non. Je lui donne quand même mon nom et sans regarder sur sa liste, il me répond que non. Il n'y a personne dans son minibus à ce moment-là.

Le nôtre n'arrive toujours pas. Le conducteur de RTB Tours récupère des gens, puis je retourne le voir pour lui demander de vérifier sur sa liste. Il me répond d'un ton sec et arrogant: «Pour la 3e fois, je vous dis que je ne suis pas celui qui doit vous amener». Je lui demande comment il peut le savoir puisqu'il n'a pas vérifié nos noms sur sa liste. Il me répond (toujours aussi sèchement et de façon impolie) qu'il n'y avait que trois noms sur sa liste et qu'il a ses trois groupes de personnes avec lui.

Ce conducteur, à mon avis, est peut-être un excellent conducteur mais il n'a aucune aptitude en service à la clientèle.

Si vous devez utiliser RTB Tours and Shuttles, je vous souhaite vraiment de ne pas avoir cet homme...
