My experience with this establishment is the typical nasty Nigerian disregard to customers. I got a recommendation of this establishment from someone, so I called to make more enquires which was meet with a condescending tone and scuffs. I asked if they had warm bread available as that was the notion I was given by the person who recommended, the person who answered the phone whom I believe is the owner asked how many loaves, I replied and said 2, she proceeded to scuff and hysterically said no. I asked saying “so there is no bread”, went again with a condescending and irritated tone replied “there is” and hung up before I could say another word Disappointed by this interaction, I went to the location and asked to speak with someone to provide this feedback too. I was told my feedback wasn’t necessary as she (owner) is too busy to attend to a paying customer and said I should go to superstore and buy bread after paying for my purchase lol.

I mean, I’m coming from some distance and want to know what I’m going for…….but the harsh response to “Please, what’s on the menu for today?” was uncalled for. I bought 10 breads from them and I noticed one looked like stale bread. I politely asked if all was fresh and I was told yes. I took to their words by trusting them. When I got home I realized the particular one I suspected to be stale is actually stale bread.
