Star Liquor & Wine Boutique — Local services in Calgary

I'm a local business person who's purchased a significant amount of liquor from this store. For dinner parties and company as it were. I came from work to make a purchase. The lady accused me of having partaken already. She laughed at me insisting she had some expertise. I replied, quite in shock, " I've just returned from work, perhaps I am tired looking, in fact a just had a meeting with my superior. " She declined my purchase and I left. She has that right. Though why if she was so certain I was inebriated, did she allow me to drive away. I drove to liquor depot on High St and had a pleasant experience 5 min later. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!. I bought a $50 bottle of booze. Their bag had a hole in it and it broke outside the store and then refused to replace it and then wouldn’t give me a receipt afterwards for the new bottle I had to buy. $100 bottle of booze now. I then called and asked to speak to a manager and they guy on the phone threatened me saying “YOU DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE SPEAKING TO AND I SHOULD WATCH MYSELF!” I used them all the time and would recommend to anyone to go to another store and pay the extra couple of bucks cause they will at least provide better customer service and replace the bottle. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! I just went in here as I usually do, was asked for my ID as usual, but then proceeded to ask my if I was drunk, (mind you its 3 in the afternoon and I’m dead sober picking up wine for my step mom) after saying no the lady proceeded to tell me I looked like I’ve had way to much to drink!! Again I was dead sober!!
