I ate here with my girlfriend's parents. The food was really great and the atmosphere of the restaurant section was fun and relaxed, like a comfy sports bar. However, I find it too bad that they don't have any poker/card tables... The casino side of things is really lacking in my opinion.. The Casino in Campbell River was revamped in 2018 and it is physically great. The staff are friendly and courteous, the facilities are very clean including the washrooms, dining areas and machines. It seems that the machines occasionally allow humans to win; no question you will lose more than you bet over time, the chance to beat the odds relates to the name, "Chances". Food items are generally good, however they are more expensive than prior to the renovations.
