I am a delivery driver and I went to Noodle Box Courtenay yesterday to pick up an order. When I arrived, the app showed that the order had already been prepared and was ready for pickup. Right after that, I asked the staff member, and he told me that the order was not ready yet and that I had to wait another 10 minutes. I still smiled, agreed, and waited patiently. After more than 10 minutes, the staff member finished the order, and I picked it up and delivered it to the customer. What surprised me was that I received a warning for violating the delivery policy because I picked up the order late. I honestly do not understand why this happened. What I want to say here is that if the order is not yet ready, I kindly ask that the staff not press the button 'order prepared.' When they tell me I have to wait another 10 minutes, it results in me being warned for violating the delivery policy. Such actions, even if unintentional, can negatively affect delivery drivers like me. I hope you will consider my feedback. I apologize for the...

Not sure where the majority of people giving this establishment one or two stars have been eating in the Comox Valley where Noodlebox is considered bland, especially since there is a lack of quality restaurants in the Valley. I enjoy the Pad Thai, Kung Pao, Spicy Peanut and Bombay Mac 'N Cheese from this location, and never once have I been let down by their flavour. To the people complaining about time to cook the food (10 mins) and the price, you must not go out often...The day of writing this review I got a meal for $16 including a tip, in comparison you're looking at $14 for a mediocre footlong from Subway, $15+ easy if you goto McDonalds. Spicehut and Manvirros are easily $20 or more for a single meal, and lastly I haven't been in a couple years but you really couldn't get anything from White Spot for under $15. Most of these places are keeping your food under a heat lamp or serving you leftovers from a lunch buffet. You really want to be let down go get a $15 pita from...

Ordered there several months ago and wasn't impressed but thought I'd give it another try this week. Ordered online, app said 40min wait which is weird for noodles. When I showed up, they forgot one of my meal but they made it in 5min.. I got home and the previous meal was obviously cold. The beef was thick and stiff. The samosa was half the size of a normal one for full priced but it was good. I also took the inferno. I guess that's on me because it's a 'challenge' not a meal but obviously I wasn't able to eat it and that's me LOVING spicy food (I cook thai, mexican and indian). So I had the bad idea to mix it up with my other thai noodles. It ruined the entire thing as it was still way too spicy. I want to like this place but this is 2/2 bad experiences now. Not that the food is bad but I might give it another try in another several months. It's a shame cause it's really hard to mess up these...

I recently visited Noodle Box, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy decor that made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. But the star of the show was the food. The noodles were simply out of this world – perfectly cooked, with a delightful texture that absorbed the rich, flavorful broth beautifully. I tried the drunken noodles, crispy Shanghai noodle box and ginger beef box, and it was a symphony of flavors, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of spices. The portions were generous, and the menu offered a great variety of options to cater to all tastes. The bombay cheese balls were also fantastic. Overall, Highly recommended!

Located at the bottom of Ryan Rd, this newly opened NoodleBox offers fusion cuisine. I had the Burmese Naan which came with a delicious sauce (which they refilled for no extra charge). The seating area is ample with lots of breathing room in the middle. The low point of my experience was the interaction with staff who were lackadaisical to say the least. There were several staff simply standing around their faces conveying infinite boredom. If they can manage the staffing a little better I would give this place four stars.

"Exceptional experience at Noodle Box Courtenay! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were incredibly friendly. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and freshness. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring great value for money. I particularly loved their butter chicken and accommodating my specific requests with ease. Overall, Noodle Box Courtenay exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another satisfying meal!"
