Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centre — Local services in Edmonton

I went to Bubbles on Jasper ave to get the mud washed off my truck and have the interior cleaned. For what I wanted done I was told it will cost $260. WOW! That is for seats shampooed, carpets vacuumed, the whole interior cleaned and the exterior cleaned as well I am told. The truck was muddy outside and dirty inside so I figured it would be worth it. WRONG. When I picked up the truck (the first time) I instantly noticed that the slip tank in the box of the truck was still covered with dirt, dripping down between the box and cab of the truck was dirt. After looking closer I found that the box of the truck had dirt, rocks, and branches still in it. The under carriage of the truck was still caked in mud. I opened the doors and found the carpet still dusty and full of dirt, stains on the seats, stains on the centre console, dust and dirt everywhere, dirt and sticky residue in cup holders and pretty much every nook and cranny. Ive never felt so ripped off. I told one of the workers that my truck was still dirty everywhere and she said no problem they will put it through again. I was in a rush and furious but waited for another wash.

When I got home and looked at my truck again and how dirty it still was all I could think about was how I spent $260 and don't have a clean truck. I called in the morning and explained the issue. The manager said to bring it back and they will have it all fixed for me. I took the truck back and showed Linda what I was unhappy with, well tried to. She pretty much just brushed me off and made excuses like I was a waste of her time. She told me that cleaning the box of the truck is not included. She told me the carpets weren't shampooed only vacuumed and that the interior just gets a wipe down. I tried to show her how muddy the undercarriage was and she wouldn't even bend down to take a look. She said it would all be dealt with and to come back before 5pm to pick it up.

When I picked my truck up I was explained to that the seats had some spots that weren't going to come out. Not a big deal I said but taking one look at the undercarriage I saw that it was still caked in mud. Dry mud. They didn't even try to clean where I had pointed out to the manager I wanted cleaned. I told the worker and she said she would have it cleaned. After a FOURTH WASH I was told that it was impossible to clean under the truck and it needed to be put on a hoist. "Thats a nice mudding truck you have there" I was sarcastically told by an employee before driving away in my still dirty truck. I went home and sprayed the mud off the undercarriage myself. Used some armour all wipes to clean all the sticky stuff in the cup holders and cleaned out my centre console myself. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER. DO NOT GO TO...

Terrible management. Good technicians. overpriced quoting for underwhelming service.

Specifically, I Had to ask them to correct the missed things not once, but twice. They killed my battery and act like it wasn't a big deal even claiming it's kind of my fault essentially. Truly the worst part is The fact that the managers defends terrible service , very disappointing and they only offer to give me discount on future service. I told them I would not to return due to my experience. They said give it to someone else as a gift. I said I would not recommend this place to anyone due to my experience. How does it giving someone else a discount make it up to me? I had to plead for discount in regards to the underwhelming service provided. The managers continue to defend their terrible service.

All I can say is that the technician was sincerely sorry he did poor service and I appreciated how he handled it lol.The technician handled my concerns with a good attitude thanking me for it for giving him a better perspective on how to do better in the future.. The manager, in the end reluctantly gave me a $50 discount claiming It's all I will get, It's all they can do. I was quoted 549 before tax, I imagine to spend about $600 on this. Had my car detailed here yesterday, 225$ for a basic rug shampoo and what was explained to me to be a detailed exterior wash. Get the car back at closing time and notice not only have the bugs not been washed off (thought this was supposed to be a detailed wash) but there are swirl marks and scratches all over my car from them using dirty sponges filled with debris. So immediately I gave them a call and the receptionist told me to come back the following morning and it would all be fixed. When I come by the following day I spoke with someone who claimed to be a manager and refused to take any responsibility and continued to tell me that I brought my car in like that. Basically that the customer is wrong. Even brought me inside the wash to show me how they hand wash the cars and that the sponges are “clean” aka filled with rocks and other debris. After about 25 minutes of arguing with a brick wall I told him to just wash it again and at the very least I want a clean car. He proceeded to try and sell me on a $500 polish job that was “half price” lol like I would trust these fools to do that properly and not cause any more damage. After two washes and 45 minutes of arguing with this man.
