Updated Review: Tonight we ordered extra pita on both meals, for which we were charged extra, but did not receive. As well, the baba gahnnouj did not come with the pita as advertised. Had called prior to ordering to ask how to obtain an additional side of cauliflower and was told to put it in the "notes" section. NONE of our notes were followed. When the restaurant was called, and I was handed to the manager, there was an apology and that ammends would be made next time we ordered. With not enough pita to eat our items, next time would be pointless. I suggested they send it via taxi, as my friend and I do not drive and we were only a few blocks away. (When having spent almost $60 and are a repeat customer, this shouldn't be a big ask.) Address and phone number was then requested with the assumption we would receive these items to complete our meal. No delivery of items or phone call were received thereafter. It wasn't until we sat down to eat that I realized that the additional chicken on the chicken shawarma plate, which we were charged for was also not received. I know this because I had ordered additional chicken before and this was not at all the same portion size received in the past. I had been so pleased when my friend had suggested this place last month as he had been a customer for YEARS. Tonight was disappointing for both of us. We couldn't even enjoy what we did get as the experience had left such a bad taste in our mouths. Sadly, neither of us feel as though we will be ordering from here again.

Decided to surprise my gf last night and check out this place.

Downside:

I had garlic potatoes and a jumbo chicken wrap and it tasted great. Garlic sauce was a little much but still tasty. Almost within 20 minutes I felt fairly sick and bloated. About an hour or so later I erupted liquid from a place that shouldn’t emit liquid 😆. Went to sleep, spent an hour on the toilet again in the morning and almost was late for work. The day goes on and I slowly feel better. Figured might have been something else cause the food was great.

However: Didn’t finish the potatoes and brought them home. Just had a steak and ate them with my leftover potatoes. Go to leave to ride and visit my dad. And within 30 minutes I was nauseous and again, erupting liquid from my backside 😩. While they were serving I noticed the trays and dishes were piled up and didn’t seem to be very clean. Then while the man was serving another guest, some food got trapped under the serving dish hot plate. Couldn’t get it with tongs so he used his bare hands and lifted the plate and tossed the piece back into the tray. Right after I saw him come from the back and handle the register. Assuming I got food poisoning and the potatoes were probably contaminated or under the heat lamp for hours.

Sucks! Ruined my Saturday and my experience cause the vibes and food was good.

Sadly great food, but the worst at execution, literally 95% of orders get screwed up. Can’t follow instructions, even when it’s highly descriptive due to their previous screw ups. Have endless excuses. Finally have had enough, todays the last order I’ll ever place with them. If you can’t execute a wrap with simple meat, lettuce and sauce then you probably shouldn’t make food. Unreal.

We have spent a lot of money here, almost alway order the same things, and they are either, missing, add toppings we specifically describe not to, burned paper to the wrap, burned or charred beef. I shouldn’t have to call after every order to be like “why is my drink missing? where’s the salad and or fries?” I put bold letters to make and changes clear and they have been the same on every order and never fails they mess it up.

Like I said we’ve tolerated it cause the food when made right is great, but the service and constant mistakes is abhorrent m. Today they said that they didn’t see that order, and I called to tell them they had messed up the wraps again, so my husband couldn’t eat them at all and so waste of...
