Big Mama’s Donair — Restaurant in Fort St. John

Tried this franchise once again last week while I was visiting Fort St John. I have also visited the Airdrie location. Donair was very fresh and tasty. I also ordered fries with a side with gravy - amazing! Lastly, I love Greek salad and a lot of take out restaurants cheap out on the ingredients. This Greek salad was LOADED and extremely fresh! Would highly recommend.

For those complaining about the donair being messy…. I totally get it! but it’s a donair, their always going to be slightly messy. Donairs are meant to be eaten out of the wrapping.. you peel the wrapper as you eat, making it less messy! Lol I noticed the big mama size donair is far more stuffed than the regular size. As an experienced donair eater, I ordered the regular size and loved every bit of it! Hope this...

Sorry, WORST Donair I have ever had. My 1st and last visit. Friendly people, but 20 bucks for a regular donair and can of pepsi. Wow! I asked to check price. They forgot to mention the "what kind of cheese do you want? alludes to it's included. Nope! $2.50 extra. They just add it at the till. I know things are getting expensive, but it was piled with romaine lettuce and almost no tomato or onion, I am not even sure if it had the $2.50 cheese i paid for...lol...idk Just too much for what I got. I’m really disappointed. It was recommended to me by somebody. The donair tasted good however, I ordered the largest size and added extra meat. It came to over 22$. I was expecting one monster of a donair. Instead I received a very small-average sized donair. Extremely disappointed. For that price you should be getting way more product. Terrible value for your money. Tasted good, but so small for what you’re paying....
