I remember a couple years coming here and rhe grand soft serve was insanely large. Now that I moved to Gatineau I was excited to get the grand. A few weeks ago I got one and sorry to say it was not at all near the size I had before. It was slightly taller than McDonald's and about the same size as Costco. Sorry but 8.00 for a soft serve cone is just way too insane...didn't even come with a topping and if I wanted it dipped that's even more... too expensive. Sorry. Extra star...

Their ice cream is oh so good. And the choices of toppings and dipping flavours can't be beat! At least if I get a chocolate ice cream cone and I want it dipped it chocolate I can. Unlike some other place. The new sundaes MUST be tried!!! They are a bit on the pricey side but for a once in a while super indulgence most Definetly worth it!!! Also, you can get one of their free membership cards and collect points towards your next free ice cream cone. How much better can...

This place has really fallen off ever since that one girl quit. I once ordered ice cream here with a smile on my face. Now I'm all anger and tears. Last time I asked for pistachio they gave me matcha. That one girl would NEVER do that! Bring her back! Chocolato? More like in awful SHOCK at this gelato. I miss her. Everyone in this store is ugly and sour-spirited now. I will never be returning unless she is rehired. I think her name was Sherry? Chandra?...
