I am extremely disappointed with the service of this place, and if i could put zero stars I woild have! What is even more disappointing is coming here to write a review about this so called manager that cant even control his own temper and remarks to his clients, anx to see that many other people have also put 1 star reviews because of him and his disgraceful service, yet they are asked tl send more details to rectify the situation! Rectify what? This guy is still there and is still as disrespectful as all these reviews indicate! Now I want to say what happened with me.

I got there (first time I intend to try this place by the way, and surely last time) and the guy taking my order was very polite. I asked him if the chicken was chicken breast or mixed with other parts of of chicken (because I can only eat chicken breast), he said he will ask the manager, who just happened to walk behind him. He responded shouting at him "breast? Did you tell her its breast???" I interfered and said no, I am asking if its... And be interrupted and said "its chicken!" so I proceeded to tell the cashier what I wanted, payed, and saw the manager had already put all the salad ingredients, I asked is that for me ? I dont want any onions please. Andge started his rude remarks that I ordered Greek food and obviously it comes with onions. Some more give and take before i finally asked for a refund, and he said yes refund her, with that kind of attitude we are closed! Seriously??? Zero... Thats what this disrespectful...

Update: November 7th 2022 Yesterday we went back on their first day being open after waiting many months and we’re disappointed. I think there’s a new owner or something but it’s just not the same anymore. The fries are different, there’s no seasoning, our chicken was dry, no seasoning again and it was pink, the rice was not well cooked, it was hard and tasteless and our salad wasn’t fresh despite just opening? The only things that was the same were the sauces other than that, we’re super disappointed especially if we paid 30$. Also there’s a few items they’ve removed so no there’s even more less options than before. I don’t think we’ll be coming back after this disappointment. Now it’s just a box 30$ of no flavour food.

Previous review before they closed: Definitely worth the price for the amount of food you get! The dressing for the salad, the seasoning on the fries & chicken is amazing! If you ever pass by or looking for something that will put you in a “food coma” go here & get the plate with the chicken sticks, you will not regret it, trust me! Their poutine is also a must try because of their seasoned fries, it’s delicious, packed with loads...

I am so beyond thrilled.. this place has been the most consistently amazing place over ordered from. Dozens of times since covid I've found myself craving their incredible food.. (superb fries) and just overall wonderful experience. The chicken kabobs are amazing, the French fries have a seasoning i cant figure out, but leaves me wanting more.. And the pork is... for lack of a better word, godlike..

The only thing I've noticed an inconsistency in is the rice. Ive had it amazing twice, and bland the rest. To the point where I simple ask for no rice and more fries at this point.. 10/10.. would highly suggest to anyone..
