If you want to walk around a packed mall with high prices and nothing original while bumping into teenagers on their cell phones, then this is the place for you. The food court is really nice tho, but many of the stores have very little variety. Go to the Source and they constantly try to sign you up to Bell I think it is. I go in there a lot and recently stopped because this was really starting to get on my nerves. I no longer patronize the store specifically because of this spamming. I got asked EVERY...SINGLE...TIME.
Please drop this or I'll never spend another dime there, and I am serious about that. They also don't have much of a tech selection unless you are looking for high end tablets. EB Games isn't much better and has basically turned into a toy store(Specifically those stupid bobble head characters) I feel like it only considers pre-teens when getting new stock.
It's no wonder that people are shopping online more and more. And in all of those stores they won't even look up from their phones unless you...
Read moreThis location has a diverse collection of cultural staple foods and they sell in it for a great price in bulk sizes. You can grab huge bags of red, yellow, green and brown lentils, huge boxes of couscous amongst many other foods. Walmart always had grwat prices especially in their grocwry secruin. They sell a variety of items that range from toilet pater to laptops. You can definitely rely on the fact that they most likely carry what you are looking for. I like the spaciousness this location offers. The aisles are wider and the store is super clean. It's a really busy location so choose wisely what time youre shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful, and will take the time to show you what you're looking for if you can't find a particular item. They have their produce swctuon alays stckoed with the sweetest smelling papayas and mangos. I love the variety here as not all locations carry the same groceries. I woukd recommend shopping here especially if youre looking for a few culturally...
Read moreI enjoy the Halifax Shopping Center, it's so bright with all the new renovations. It has all the stores I need and use, so I don't have to go place to place. I prefer one stop shopping. It has plenty of escalators and elevators. The maps inside the door makes it easy to find where you need to go. The Food Court is beautiful and clean as are the washrooms. I have always found custom assistance most kind and helpful. It's quite large with 2 floors and the food court on the lower level. It's close to home and convenient. I can only think of a couple of stores they don't have that Micmall Shopping Center has. So I prefer to save the bridge fare, unless it's essential I go to Dartmouth. Of course if they don't have what you need in stock they can always check Mic Mac mall for inventory. I highly recommend Halifax Shopping Center. I just really miss the David's Tea and Second Cup. It has a lot and all the natural light...
