I wanted to purchase a bowl and a salad the cashier who was also the server advised me to take two SMALL salads that comes with the meal for a certain price, which I thought was a deal. When the server started choosing just a few pieces of fruit and was ready to add a potion of the macaroni salad that I asked for I was taken back. I then asked I thought you said a small salad, that doesn’t look like a small, there were just a few pieces of fruit being added to the bowl, she said to me this is a small salad mama, all friendliness gone now, I then said that does not look like a small, shouldn’t it be in one bowl by itself, when I saw that she was going to add the macaroni salad to it, she said no mama again, I didn’t understand how she’s measuring, or picking and choosing the fruit to put in the bowl, then to top it off adding the macaroni salad with the fruit, I don’t think that was going to sit right, now by that time I felt like I was in a debate team, people was waiting in line, I didn’t want to make a scene, so I said ok I have no other choice, but I will be giving a review, she continued with the macaroni salad, I was not happy at all, heart now racing, at the end I ate the macaroni salad, first because I was trying for the fruit not to get soggy, but couldn’t finish the fruit because it was not only soggy with mayonnaise it’s tasted yak. This shouldn’t be happening. The first time I went there to order, this was another occasion, my daughter usually orders for us, I had to stand there until the woman came off the phone, which looked personal to me, no hello, no sorry, very unprofessional, it was not an inviting atmosphere, I brushed it off thinking or she’s having a bad day, until when I saw a young man went up to the counter and he was served with the biggest smile ever. Funny but serious thing being a triple bypass survivor it’s the best food in the food court for eating healthy so I have to go there and the food is so good, to bad the potions for the salad not so good and the customer service sucks. I was very disappointed I paid almost 25$ and I had to throw away my fruit, I was outdoors and couldn’t wash the remaining fruit, some were too soggy to salvage. Moving forward I hope cultures make some changes to their salad serving and potions. Food would get five stars for taste. Customer service 0. I like fairness. This has been happening around the city too many times. Next time give me the same huge potion that you give the guy before me, his plate was overflowing, wished I took a picture of it. I was all excited until my turn. Even the guy who was working looked at that plate, shame on your server. What started as a good day for me, turned into a terrible experience and day. We as customers need better service and potions if we are spending our hard earned money at these...
Read moreI was questioning buying this and now I won’t bother again. You guys at cultures don’t understand the seriousness of screwing up an order! I ordered the steak wrap and ended up getting someone else’s order, cheese and chicken wrap( I had no choice but to eat it unfortunately ).Severe allergies to ingredients in the food, unable to eat a certain food for religious reasons. This meal made me completely nauseated, not sure what you did to it. Next time, I’ll pass. Not impressed. And definitely over priced, especially when you don’t get what you ordered in the first place.definitely not a top choice...
Read moreThe food was delicious (for the most part) and was well worth the price point. However there was a sliver of semi-rigid piece of plastic embedded in one of the pitas I ordered.
I imagine it came from one of the plastic containers contains the ingredients that went into preparing the meal. I contacted DoorDashes customer support but they said that in order to address the issue I needed a photo of plastic actually in the pita. I didn’t feel like staging a photo in order to meet their request so I didn’t pursue asking for a refund.
No doubt this was a one-off issue, but unpleasant...
