For the 8th time this year alone I have went to Shanghai 360 and wanted those awesome pork buns, and for the 8th time, they have none. Normally I would take this as a 'well I came too late it seems', however today I found them on Skip the Dishes and saw you could order the pork buns. Well colour me thrilled. They had options of 4pc, 6pc or 8pc!!! So I ordered 5 buns and a couple dumplings around 12:30pm for pickup at 6:30pm, that way there was plenty of time for then to make my buns or surely set enough aside for my order.
Well, after waiting all day excitedly, my partner goes to pick up our order and we are told they have no stock of the buns. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! We placed the order 6 hours ahead to ensure wed get everything and at NO POINT did anyone contact us to let us know of the shortage. Learn to update your menu on the Skip site. You can do it, Ive done it. Or if you cant cant pro stock your restaurant, take the menu item off or close your doors, as you are providing terrible customer service, or none at all in this case.
We cancelled our entire $30+ order and are now without dinner, thanks Shanghai 360. Unless we receive an apology with some form of compensation, we will not be returning to Shanghai 360 and will be sure to inform everyone of the lack of professionalism and customer service at...
Read moreGood food but people don't know how to tell me what's in it. I was told the noodles only had vegetables in them but I found pieces of egg or chicken or something that they did not mention to me even though I asked. Not upset but concerned as to how you got into serving food when you cannot honestly tell me what's in it. Like just tell me what's in it... So customer service not the best. Not sure if the people I came across could speak English very well which is fine other than the fact it made it so that they did not understand my food preferences and questions. There was a separate occasion where I had been offered a free sample of chicken and I said I do not eat chicken and they kept offering me the sample which was odd even though I said thank you but no thank you. Seems to me like they do not listen to what customers say or the employees I came across may not understand English very well. But other than that they were very nice, good prices, filling food, tasty, just surprised that the standards of telling customers about what they are actually buying is very low from...
Read moreFood is delicious but the Chinese girl is very mean. Not the first time or second time. I would not bother to put a review but this is the third time she is being mean. She always wears mask and always has two ears ponytails.
First time i was there she yelled at me and told me to say what kind of food I want because I was just pointing at it. And also she does not say a word. I accepted that. Secondly, she portions different from the others who use to work there and I called her that I am ready to order and took me a minute to tell her what I want and she turned back like she does not have a customer in front of her. Lastly, just today. I waited for her to finish what she is doing and when she turned I said Hi And she does not say a word continue to pour water in the counter or whatever she is doing.
If you are doing a business. Train her more. If she could cook let her be in the kitchen. If she cant properly handle a customer dont put her in front counter. She has...
