Staff are amazing, take care to make sure the order is done right. I’ve been going to this location on and off for years. Last Saturday was my worst experience only due to the absolute rude 4 elderly people sitting in the middle of the restaurant. The poor staff is getting berated on a daily bases by the elderly. Not a soul stuck up for the staff. There were at least two more tables of elderly customers adding their two cents. Absolutely disgusting it wasn’t even 10 am in the morning. The staff need a raise, EVERY DAY for 4-6 hours! That’s unacceptable why are you allowing your customers talk to your staff that way. I’m truly heart broken by the disrespect from your customers. The following day Sunday I had to order through their app. As the last thing I wanted was another confrontation in the lobby just for getting my morning coffee. So that location lost money, I won’t be returning if I see these people in the lobby. I in average spend $20-30 when I go in. So I hope the mangers understand that 6 people paying you $4 a coffee verses 2 young adults spending $30-50 between the two of us. That yes standing up for your employees will earn you more money than catering to the lowest denominator If you are one of the people that take advantage of the staff having a small coffee and harassing the staff for 4-6 hours is loitering. Paid for double bacon got three slices lol these guys don’t care about quality what so ever. Or making sure you get what you paid for gave them another chance and they ripped me off again. Worst customer service on the face of the planet.they have ripped me off more than a few times you order extra stuff on your sandwich they charge you for it and don’t do it knowing you won’t come back.. through the drive through. This time I did I ordered extra bacon and cheese on a sandwich their solution after my sandwich was ice cold was to hand me bacon and cheese so I could fix my own sandwich lol if I wanted to fix my own sandwich I would simply stay home.. save money and do it my self. Your customer service sucks and you ripped me off charged for things you didn’t provide. I know accidents happen and if this was the only time I would let it slide but it has been multiple times I am stupid for coming back time and time again. There is zero love with the food they serve.

Read moreI absolutely love this Tim Hortons (during the weekdays) its my favorite one throughout the city BUT the weekends its terrible!! I ordered 2 farmers wraps so my husband could use his app for discount as they were suppose to be 2 for $7..they then tell us they had no hashbrowns so we decided to still get the wraps without hashbrowns..we get to the window and asked if we get a discount they said No so we let it go thinking we would get extra egg or bacon but that didn't happen either (we found out once we got home) so we scanned the app for free coffee and went to scan for the farmers wrap and we were told we could only scan 1 time so we asked to delete the coffee so we can scan for discount on the farmers wraps as the discount was only good for another 12 hours and we were then told its too late we already scanned for free coffee...keeping our composure we just paid and left. We got home and saw that the farmers wraps were like mini with next to no filling. Very disappointing because we literally live 2 mins away from this location and now we are thinking we may need to go elsewhere atleast on...
