Wouldn’t recommend this subway. I use to go there all the time when it was the old owner, it changed hands and you can tell. The first time I bought a cold sub. I couldn’t believe what it looked like, it was almost empty, there was almost nothing on it, very little lettuce, meat, ect. The taste wasn’t very good either, threw half of it away. So I thought a few weeks later, maybe I hit a bad sub maker so I decided to try one again. This time I bought a toasted meat ball, and went threw skip the dishes. The bun was cut the wrong way, not on the side of the bus, but on top! Again, almost nothing on it, lettuce, green peppers, asked got green olives, didn’t get it, and it was soggy,Gross! I watched skip, he waited for the sub to be ready, the whole process took over an hour. Subway didn’t start making the sub until over 30 minutes after the order was placed, Never again will I order anything from that...
Read moreBad buisiness I recently purchased subs (4) from Subway (1119 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L8T 1S2). I purchased through my app for people I work with. I had to make 3 seperate orders to be able to charge the correct amounts back to my coworkers. When I went to pick up my food, the store owner argued that he was losing money because I used coupons/deals. He then complained that a school down the street had closed and that during covid he lost enough money. He then griped about having to spend $100,000 for renovations. He finally said I should buy my subs at another store. I am thoroughly disgusted by his customer service. I buy MANY subs for myself, family, friends and co-workers. I can just as easily go to Mr. Sub or a mom and pop subway shop. This franchise owner is a very poor business man and needs to learn about...
Read moreMeh. After many many years of not going to subway I decided to get a sub today for lunch. Disappointing to say the least. The owner is definitely trying to save as much $$$ as possible, while still charging $8.50 for a 6 inch chicken teriyaki. 4 tiny pickles, 4 olives, 4 hot peppers, all placed about an inch apart. Soooo stingy with the toppings its unbelievable. If you want repeat customers you need to provide something to them that they're not getting somewhere else, something that "wows" them into coming back again and again, otherwise you're just a franchise trying to get the most money while giving out as little as you can. I'll stick to my pita place where the toppings are generously given, prices are fair and I'm left...
