Coming from out of town, we look forward to visiting Bonita Clothing & Co whenever we visit Kawartha Lakes. We love the aesthetic and welcoming vibe, and we are always excited to see what's new in. We have bought clothing, shoes, jewelry and candles, everything has been amazing and gorgeously packaged in pretty floral tissue paper. We also got permanent jewelry bracelets at the store when they had Get Linked in on a Saturday, it was a fun experience.

The only reason preventing me from giving a full 5* review, bc it is certainly deserved, would be the size range, it can be a little limited for anyone over size L. That said, I recognize the store is new and I am excited to see how they evolve over time, I hope they include a larger size range, which would allow me to buy more of their beautiful clothes.

I had an amazing customer service experience having never stepped foot in the store. I live an hour away and placed an order online to be shipped after store hours and left a vm to confirm I would get the item in time. I expected at best I would hear back when the store opened the next day but I was shocked when I got a late night call from who I can only assume was the owner to let me know not only would I get my item in time but that she had already packed and shipped it. Every time I visit it’s such a positive and enjoyable experience. The clothes are very trendy, good quality and affordable. Emma has such an excellent eye for style and trends with what she brings in.

Emma and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful! The store is always displayed and organized so beautifully. Emma is very helpful with sizing, try-on’s, etc behind the scenes for online purchasing.
