I am absolutely amazed by the over and above customer service I recieved as an online customer. I made a pre-order purchase and before I even inquired on the item I recieved an email with updates and apologies for the delay (completely not at fault on their end, delays and mix ups from supplier). When I inquired about estimated shipping times as I was hoping to get the item for my son's birthday I in turn got more updates every time she knew any more details and she also ran to get my package in the post immediately before end of day the second she received the item so I could hopefully receive it in time for his birthday. For never meeting face to face and just being a single customer across the country the personal care I felt was so appreciated. Thank you to Zoe in particular, I cannot recommend Treehouse...

Had such a fabulous experience with an online order. I made an address error when I checked out and the fabulous Zoe went above & beyond in working with the courier to get it solved. I know this could have devolved into a frustrating & drawn out process (during the holidays especially), and even though I made the error, Zoe was so gracious and got everything sorted for me before I even knew I made the error. She also checked in with me throughout the process and made sure I got my gifts in time.

Treehouse Toy Co was wonderful to deal with and had a great selection of toys. I found their website while looking for a specific toy that was sold out everywhere else (except Amazon...). Their website was easy to navigate and had exactly what I was looking for. Ordering was simple and shipped out quickly. The confirmation emails were nicely integrated with the Canada post tracking system so I recieved an email when my package was out for delivery and again when it was deliveried.
