It has recently been revealed that this store - which claims to be supportive of LGBTQIA+ individuals - is only willing to back up their claim to this, if there is a display of abject discrimination within the walls of the store (although I have seen no proof to back this up).

When my wife came to the manager, asking to be protected from someone who flat out told her that he would not respect her pronouns, and would therefore be inflicting mental and emotional violence on her, said manager only replied, "I didn't see it. It didn't happen in the store. There's nothing I can do."

Later, when I came to the store to discuss his inaction, I was told, "People that come to our store, I will protect as best I can, but things that happen outside of here are not my jurisdiction. I can't punish people for things that happen outside of the store." "I am doing the best I can, as a business, to be respectful to everyone. I'm not going to pre-judge people, because they're ignorant, that have nothing to do with me, and nothing to do in my store. I can't just say, 'I heard that you were a bad guy, you can't come into my store.'" And then, when I offered to send him proof of the threats, he exclaimed, "I don't want it!" Thus proving that threats of mental and emotional harm are not considered something worth protecting others from - at least not to the manager or the store.

Despite signs demanding respectful behavior in the store and on the groups run by the store, the manager has chosen only to interfere when an assault happens in front of him, inside his building.

Great spot to get anything related to your hobbies, from 40k to MTG to paints... They have got you covered. The owner and his son and amazing to deal with, so friendly and knowledgeable.
