Pretty sweet store. HUGE variety of stuff! Been in here a couple of times (they even have Pokemon cards). The owner is probably one of the coolest local game sellers in town. The only downside is, I understand the fellow is local and needs to make a profit but, he technically undercharged for a quote that he gave me over the phone. It was ten dollars less than what he told me, but regardless I was calling a couple of places to get a decent amount because I didn't want to sell them on UsedVictoria anymore as I'm trying to save for a new heater, blah blah blah. I know getting a quote over the phone isn't 100% (I work in a local electronics store so I know), but it would've been nice to get a compromise. False advertisment and outright lies on the website. Claimed trade in values are all false. About a year ago I took in a box of 30 or so brand new sealed Ps4, XB1, PS3, and 360 games including GTA5 among other desirable titles. I was planning to shut down my Amazon store to avoid the hassle, and based on the claimed trade in value, I was expecting $170 in cash. The slimy owner offered me 80 dollars. Less than half. Needless to say I left with my games. Over $450 later in Amazon sales, I'm glad the owner was a greedy, lieing jerk.. and suddenly the wasted gas and time doesn't seem so bad....

Came in to purchase a video game that my son desperately wanted to get. Originally thought the game didn't work, and the staff member (owner?) was super great about getting us another copy and making sure it worked before we left. Got home to discover the problem was with our old console, not the games at all. My son was devastated, but the store was incredibly accommodating and offered a generous solution which solved everything. Amazing customer service helping a young gamer get up and running.
