my family and i have been ordering from here for many years, my dad especially enjoys the pizza from here. today i ordered $50 worth of food on ubereats and when it came the entire order was wrong, im not mad at that because i know mistakes happen and maybe the delivery person had even gave us the wrong order. However, i ordered it as per request for my dad, he was patiently waiting and we couldnt eat any of the pizza once we got it because all was loaded with only meat and we are veggie lovers so we were stuck with all this food which we didnt want and i felt bad for my dad as he was very hungry. i called the store to let them know this happened and i also fixed the issue on uber eats, but i wanted to make sure they knew so maybe they would be willing to offer us because we didnt really want the refund, we just wanted the correct order. when i called the store, the man on the phone was very rude and didnt seem bothered or cared about this issue. he told us if we want to place another order to come and pick up or order on ubereats again, i didnt want to spend another delivery and service fee with the risk of the order getting mixed up again so i ended up having to go and buy another veggie pizza. i was extremely unsatisfied with their customer service as we have been loyal customers. hope they treat customers better next time, and also i suggest for ubereats orders to attach the receipt or order number with it to prevent future mix-ups because my order did not have any information on it to specify who it belongs to for the...

I rated them 1 star and here is the reason :

1- The shop has very little if not at all hygiene, ( the shop windows, door , tables and chairs ). 2- staff are extremely rude. I felt iam not welcome there . I also felt iam beggars for free food. 3- I stood for 10 mins at the order corner , no one showed-up to take my order , I had to call someone from the inside to come talk to me as they were all cooking and preparing pizza.

The food quality : I ordered 4 different types of pizza and it taste amazing , it is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had in mississagua. It’s a shame that they lost me because of their attitude.

The price : Very very cheap , I can’t believe I paid $11 ( tax included ) for XL pizza with 3 toppings
