Honestly, the only thing better than their incredible food is the outstanding customer service! The staff here are genuinely hospitable and go above and beyond. You can always count on the food being fresh. On this visit, the chicken was perfectly crispy (just as I asked!) and beautifully seasoned. The long-grain rice was cooked to perfection and wonderfully aromatic. Even the sides were fantastic – the coleslaw was crunchy and slightly sweet, a perfect contrast to the tangy pickles. What a beautifully balanced and harmonized plate! Plus, they often have a complimentary self-serve canteen of tea near the cashier – a thoughtful touch! This is absolutely worth a visit. Everyone raves about the best shawarma in Mississauga, this spot is consistently my top contender. What's truly impressive is watching Rams – he's like a one-man shawarma machine! Every time I've been in, he seems to be single-handedly managing the spits and crafting the orders. It's amazing how he can chat with you and ask how you're doing while expertly stuffing and rolling that Saj bread like a master Cuban cigar roller! On my recent visit, the cashier/hostess (deserves the recognition!) surprised me with a complimentary cup of delicious lentil soup – again, the hospitality! The portions are generous, and it's the prices are easy on the wallet, and the overall experience is top-notch. Definitely top of my list of go-to spots for the perfect Shawarma....

Stay with me now. I'll just begin by saying this is one of "THE" best shawarma places in Canada . Not glazing , no cap , straight facts no printer. From the moment you walk in , you can feel the change in atmosphere. Came here on a cold evening. The heat from the vertical rotisserie instantly hits you and makes you feel like you home. Now getting to the actual review. I can assure you none of the places in Mississauga comes close when it comes to the shawarma game at Anas. The chicken perfectly succulent and juicy as well as the staff who are here that prepare it make you feel super welcome as a customer . Ordered the chicken saj and it was bomb . Makes me thankful to live near the place honestly. The lentil soup warm and inviting, the tea beyond deli. Don't have any pictures cuz I didn't think of clicking any while I delved into the delicious piece of food they gave me. Also, the best part is they give back to the community. Saw a poster outside saying that if you struggle and don't have money to pay for the food you can let them know and they're willing to provide you free of cost. All in all, a truly welcoming atmosphere combined with the delicious shawarma and their heartening lentil soup has reached my heart truly. Kudos to the team and the brothers at shawarma anas....

The customer service was also excellent — the staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, making sure everyone was satisfied with their meals. It’s always nice to see a place where customer care still matters and where the employees genuinely seem happy to serve. Now, onto the food — the real highlight of my visit. I ordered the chicken shawarma, and it was absolutely amazing! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right balance of spices and flavor. The garlic sauce was delicious and complemented the meat beautifully. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. I didn’t get a chance to try the beef shawarma this time, but based on how good the chicken was, I’m definitely planning to come back soon to try it.
