HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: This was my grocer FOR many years - until I realized HOW disgusting their quality of food and customer service is. I've been ignoring the fact that all their food is sub-par quality because of their low prices but after taking home a bunch of pristine looking fruits that had bugs inside I was quite disappointed. I continued to go to this store until today, after a small issue ( a jar had dropped and broken)an employee decided to get rude with me and grab my arm. I immediately asked for a manager to try and resolve the situation to which she continued to ignore me, roll her eyes and then eventually walking away. She became increasingly angry with me although I was simply trying to understand the situation. I had even apologized and offered to pay fod the item when she continued to disrespect me. When the manager finally showed up instead of dealing with the situation in their office or on the side they continued to argue and the woman continued to try and interject her point of view * that this is what bad customers do* calling me the bad customer in question. While the manager is speaking to us she is openly complaining about the situation in her language to her Co worker in front of all the customers. This disgusting miscarriage of customer service is enough for me to never return. Cheap prices - think about your health and dignity first! A few cents isn't worth getting a parasite or harassed...

Large grocery store focused on asian products. I have been shopping there regularly for years. Excellent selection of goods, and often cheaper than large chain grocery stores, especially raw produce like fruit, vegetables, fish and meat. They have a lot of hard to find imported items at a decent price too. The ready-to-eat counter is delicious and portions are generous, and the sushi is always fresh. They have different products on sale every week that are worth buying.

However I frequently see expired, rotten, or moldy foods on shelves, and opened/unsealed packages. The staff doesn't seem to remove these items often or care about them. I have seen clients open tofu containers to dump out the tofu water at the bottom of the fridges, they have done so in front of staff who didn't react. Sometimes some items are out of stock too. The staff often doesn't understand english (or french). The store itself is aging and in need of renovations, and parking places can be hard to find. Clients don't know how to drive, often block or park in non-parking areas and passages, or drive in the wrong direction in the one-way alley behind the store, despite the giant arrows painted on the ground, and don't care when you tell them. C&T is by far my most beloved Supermarket! They have tons of differents vegetables and fruits and it is always fresh and I mean it! And you know what? Their prices are extremely cheap and they accept all credit cards! This is the paradise for vegans or someone who eats tons of veggies everyday. You will be extremely surprise when you're going to pay as the bill will be very low for what you get. No supermarket has better price than them. They have a great variety of products. I wish they could have many C&T so everybody could enjoy their prices. They have everything you need, tons of spices, tons of differents rices, bread, tofu, exotic fruits, pulses, lentils, korean and japanese products. There is too much to name. The only advice I will give you is for the parking. Parking can be a real problem as it is small and unfortunately some people are unconscious when they open their doors or walk by with their shopping bags next to your car.
