This unit on Marcel Laurin is totally uncoordinated...I waited 15 minutes to get my # 11 bagel...totally unacceptable while other customers coming after me were served first...and by the way...the public washrooms are totally disgusting...in other words...you have to think twice before going in...I have come to this unit many times and each time it is deplorable...it seems no one is responsible for the cleanliness aspect that a franchise like this should promote...it leaves me to just not come back anymore...I have been to many other Tim Hortons...and never have I seen deplorable conditions like this one...mildew...mold...urinals that you do not even want to do your business in...toilets that still have remnants of the previous customer...toilet paper and other paper all over the place...plumbing not properly secured or installed...toilet partitions that have grime...never cleaned...ceramic joints that are totally dirty...what is the protocol for such...I will be reviewing every other Tim Hortons...another one that I will never give to is the one on Victoria and Van Horne...honestly...guys...you are creating a bad vibe ...we are paying customers and the least you should do is promote cleanliness...I have never said anything before...but we can only take so much...see picture attached so that you have a record...and if it does get corrected...I will have the press and other food critiques come and place the grace against restaurants like this....if the toilets are not clean...it reflects on the rest of the restaurant cleanliness...
Read moreI don't know what happened to this man but he was extremely angry and aggressive. I ordered a side of cream cheese, something I do often and they usually charge me a dollar per little side container. I ordered two and he said he was just going to charge me for one and he wanted to charge me $3.39 for one tiny little container of cream cheese. $3.39!! So I told him that they usually charge me a dollar not three dollars and he said he couldn't find it on the screen so that's the price and I tried to explain to him that that's not my fault if he cant find it on the screen and why should I have to pay that. I was speaking in a normal voice and then he yelled at me to calm down when I wasn't even yelling or anything. Then he just opened the window, shoved them aggressively into my hand and just slammed the door and said here take it! The drinks were fine but the service, accuracy and quality of our order were terrible.
I ordered through the app so they asked me to pull over at the next window, when we got there, without any greeting, they asked us right away to go park infront of the resto as it will get delivered there instead, which i didnt mind but what I did mind is the length of the service, if they are trying to achieve faster service at least do it right. Not only The order took longer to arrive, the girl that delivered our meal had no sense of urgency and felt like she was walking in the park, again no greetings plus we were missing our timbits!
Quality of our food was also awful, the toast was soggy.
