PLEASE DO NOT EAT knefe at this place and any byblos knefe sold anywhere else!!!! Very sugary and get u sick right a way !!! BAD SERVICE AND 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all, this place has an atrocious tiny parking. As soon as you walk in the store, you can see the cash ladies staring up and down in an unfriendly matter as well as the boss that’s comfortably seated watching your every move. They’re paranoid about stealing so they follow their customers around the store (very disrespectful and condescending). Don’t even get me started on the cashiers treatment. They always look like they’re having a bad day and almost never say hello. I ve been a customer since 2008 and recently I noticed that some of the newer staff in the butcher shop are just rude. As soon as I walked in, one the newer employees in the butcher section saw me today, he said a snarky remark in arabic under his breath “look who it is STEVE AUSTIN” referring to me. I dont understand this behavior towards customers. I strongly suggest the owner/manager looks into his employees in the back rather than just being in the front.
