Burger Factory — Restaurant in Montreal

We love burgers and so if we hear of a new burger place in town we must try it. With many locations around Canada (mostly in Ontario) we can't say it's NEW new but the only location in Quebec is.

A Hallal meat, giant, decadent, gourmet style burger joint is something we have in abundance here already so how does this one differ?  Well, we do love a  cheese-stuffed patty and the fact the meat quality, spices makes it taste homemade. There's also a funnel cake on the menu we didn't try but we like the idea and milkshakes that look like we need to sample them.

However, none of this has a very big "wow" factor and worst of all... I'm sorry about this but if you're going to open a franchise in Quebec please don't make your Poutine with shredded cheese. It's not a pizza. Get the curds.

Overall @burgerfactory.ca is good. Would we have it again? Yes. Would we go out of our way for it? No. Do we need another burger place in an already saturated market making us subpar poutines? Definitely not....

I went tonight, we ordered 3 burgers for takeout. The guy at the cash couldn’t even describe what the factory sauce was he just said It’s mayo based… we waited patiently for our food considering one guy was in training. While waiting we asked to try the factory sauce, it’s basically a Big Mac sauce however it’s good. We got home excited to eat, I had told someone how excited I was and how if it was good we should go again. At home we realised they mixed the burgers with the sides (they pack individually each trio) but it’s okay we fixed it however after trying the burgers me and my mom got extremely sick, threw up and had massive stomach aches. You could taste the blood off the meat, perhaps it was past dated or not properly refrigerated however after spending all that money to throw it all up, I will not return nor recommend this place again.
