1. they are very busy talking to their colleagues to help you, and when they do help you they are still maintaining a conversation with their colleagues by taking longer to do transactions, get the product, etc.

A few months ago I spoke to Chris and Ahmad about phone plans because I was planning to switch phone carriers when my contract ends which is next month.
