The food was honestly really fine, it was the staff experience that ruined my visit here. The girl at the front was perfectly nice, and showed us to our seats. However our waiter, and man do I wish I had his name, made my table feel so uncomfortable. I’ve never had a bad experience at any restaurant ever.. literally never writen a bad review but he was rude to me because at the end of the meal when I still had a lot of food left, instead of asking me first he put one of my friends plates on top of mine, quickly I said, “oh can I take that home actually?” (As he had JUST put the plate on top, I was literally a second late) and he goes “you still want it ?!?! It touched the plate” and I said, “yeah, yeah, no worries I’ll still take it” this made him angry for god knows what reason and he starts going off about having to sign a waiver incase I get sick from the bacteria from the plate and I still PLEASANTLY said “yeah no worries, I’ll sign” and he gets more annoyed now, and says he has to go tell his manager and the waiver will take 5 minutes and once again I said NO PROBLEM, because I honestly didn’t mind waiting, I wasn’t in a rush. Now he comes back with the machine to pay and says rudely “well it’s going to take 20 minutes for the waiver so you can wait or just leave (with food which he put in a doggy bag for me) “ and so we said okay.. we will just leave then. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, at first we thought he might be just joking because he wasn’t being clear and he turned at us and said “it’s not a joke it’s like if it had touched garbage!” And like, I get it, peoples hands have touched the plate, the plate touched the table, and then the top of the food but he was mean about it. Even though I kept saying it wasn’t a problem and I would sign the waiver he asked me to. Just so I make myself perfectly clear, me and my friends were not roudy, we weren’t rude, or difficult. I ASKED FOR A DOGGY BAG. If anything he should have apologized for just assuming I’d want to throw away half of the food I paid for without checking with me. Regardless, I tipped him the appropriate 15% because I’m a decent person and we all have our days. But I am NEVER returning to this...

I normally don’t put a review unless my experience was super incredible or super awful. In this case, it was bad. the bad review is about the food only and not the service or atmosphere. I ordered the grilled chicken and vegetables on the side. The broccoli had a bit of brown moldiness inside the head part of the broccoli. I know that this can happen with broccoli so I cut it out and continued eating when I noticed another thing on another piece of broccoli. It was a bug inside a cocoon attached to the stem of the broccoli. The waitress brought it over to the chef and the chef said that it was “a part of the broccoli, or a broccoli seed”. This was just a poor excuse for not washing the vegetables properly. Apart from the buggy broccoli, my chicken was literally plain chicken breast with bbq sauce painted on top. It was just bad cooking. My husband ordered a hamburger that had no flavour. I think that the cooks just don’t season their food and so it’s very bland. They also unfortunately don’t wash the veggies properly (or at all? I’ll never know because I’m never going back). The service was great. The hostess was super lovely and interacted nicely with our baby. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Roasters, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The food was nothing short of spectacular—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a true delight!

The service was top-notch, thanks to Bella, our wonderful waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her positive energy and professionalism really enhanced the experience.

A special shoutout to Kofi, the manager, who truly made us feel valued as guests. His attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience were evident in every aspect of our visit. It’s clear that Kofi leads his team with passion and commitment, and it shows in the impeccable service.
