I was never offered a new ring as claime. instead, I was told to take the broken ring back with no alternatives. I didn’t leave with 'attitude'—I left disappointed because I expect support when I make purchases. This experience left me feeling misrepresented and disrespected, and I hope for better customer service in the future.
