Stay away at all costs! If I could give a 0 I would but I have to give 1 star. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Sean said he would be able to fix a port issues in a few hours. When I met him he made a joke about his eye sight being bad. .Funny. The first port seemed to work until I got home. The second port he admittedly broke the next day when trying to fix the first port he put it that was loose. The third port he was putting in when I got there, Sean forgot to put my hard drive in until after he turned it on. The third port didn't work at all. So after paying the one hundred dollars Sean brilliantly figured out it was the hdmi chip in the motherboard. Not the hdmi port he had me pay one hundred dollars to fix (and can be purchased for 11, a 90 dollar mark up) so now I'm supposed to pay 100 dollars more and wait a week.. And it might work.. But if Sean could just do his job in the first place it would have been in 2 days earlier and half the cost.. When looking online it's quite easy to actually diagnose an hdmi chip issue.. But Sean couldn't do his job.. Or maybe his eyes are that bad. He offered to give me half of the money back. Disgusting. Will most likely be taking this to small claims court. Barely worked when I took it in, but if I fiddled with the cord for a while it would work. Now it doesn't work at all. He doesn't fix he breaks. If his eyes are that bad he should retire and stop ruining...

The worst place to take a device, I got a device fixed there and I got it back and it look like someone butchered it, screws missing and nothing working, the owner "Shawn" did a horrible job at wht he did and I won't trust him with anything else of mine. He said he will try to fix it again but I doubt he will, he will more then likely do...

Ps5 was shutting off after just a few matches, took it in and dropped it off, they called 2 hours later and let me know it was extremely dirty and he had cleaned it and replaced the Liquid Metal on the sync. Very good experience ps5 is running great with no shut offs after extensive testing
