please avoid if possible, sometimes when i am in the area and need a coffee i’ll stop by here and majority of the time have a terrible experience. i have noticed it with most of the older female staff specifically 2 of them (not sure of names) one of them was having a smoke outside when i pulled into the drive thru and quickly ran in to my order it didn’t appear that she had washed her hands, when taking my order she displayed lots of attitude and when she asks if that was my full order i had corrected her as she forgot to punch in a tea bag to my hot chocolate and she snapped back with a “yeah i know i’m getting to it!” when we pulled up she almost threw the debit machine at me and upon receiving my hot chocolate i noticed the tea bag wasn’t there and i waited at the window when she noticed she open the window and said “did i forget something?” and i said “yeah you misses the tea bag” and she aggressively said “give it to me” and pulled it from my hand threw it in and said “here you go” there have been a few younger men that have taken my order during the afternoon-evening who are extremely nice and always make my order correct the only reason i am giving a 2 star, i tip them because they deserve it. it’s a shame some of these older staff seem to not care and be rude to customers on a regular basis

edit: i came in later in the evening (the same lady who gave me attitude in the drive through) she ignored my family and i waiting there for 5 minutes and when she turned around she yelled (i hope you guys aren’t here hoping for food i’ve been so busy and i don’t even know if we have bread so..) we left and my whole family hadn’t...

I've never in 38 years been to a timmies that doesn't have a chocolate glazed donut

Scratch that never been to an establishment that offers coffee and donuts and doesn't have a chocolate glazed Just stupid Staple of timmies for decades and just get rid of it cuz u don't want to offer it anymore . Pathetic Why don't you try getting rid of the crap noone eats instead of a classic donut like that.

Offer sour cream glazed and not chocolate glazed ? Chocolate dip is trast but keep that over a chocolate glazed Honestly Pull your heads out of your arses

Place is a disaster wait half hour for an egg English muffin. They didn't tell me upon ordering that there would be a wait. So my drinks were melted and I wasted half hour of my Time waiting when I could have went to one of the 145 other locations in the city. After my last review and contacting guest services about how im treat in the drive thru because of a speech problem I received a call for the store and After speaking to assistant manager Rhonda this after I decided to give this location another shot to make things right. So I go after work to get my regular order to be disrespect by the night staff once again. So my order goes from original be at $11.81 for two large ice caps with triple cream and a large coffee with two milk and two sweetener. Last week it was $12.94. Tonight i was told by the supervisor angela that it now at $16.00 because their charging for triple cream at .50 cents ,so now in total it $1.50. For triple cream .What next their going charge $1.50 for cream for an extra large triple triple coffee. I strongly feel like I'm being target and discrimination by the staff because of the previous complaints. This location is frauding their customers.I have now refused to give Tim Hortons my business and I been a regular value customer spending large amount of money 4 times a day since the beginning of April to...
