Super Submarine — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Went in for a simple Veggie sub with extra cheese and a pizza sub on their 2 for 14 combo. They put pickles and green olives on the veggie sub and they were not ordered. As you would expect both of those items ruin the whole sandwich for someone that does not like those items, you cannot simply pick them off. As I have had it described to me many times, olives will pollute a whole pizza or a sandwich. Called the restaurant and because they are in the city over they agreed to refund the money but do not have the means to do electronic transfers as they are strictly a cash business. Who would expect that green olives and pickles would be considered standard on a sub, that is like putting hot peppers or hot sauce on a sub in that those items are often offensive to those who don't like them. The pizza sub was not as good as expected and was a level below what you would get standard from Subway. Granted it was a $7 sub and slightly less expensive but there was no or extremely little sauce on it. Very disappointing from a business that has been...

So yesterday had misunderstanding I posted a review I want everyone know it wasn't out hate it was son birthday I been going to this place for 18 + years they make best subs and fair price I never spend under 60 dollars I have 4 teenagers lol in end they called me left message and we're really nice . I had no intentions of making them look bad and no matter what we all make mistakes it life .I never stop going I highly recommend every one go try there subs you love them there they are great people.deserve business maybe with on line next time they can add if person want heated or not subs when ordering is idea then we have choice I'm glad called me hopefully they are able fix prob.with ordering on line .such amazing people own work there glad they were right on...

Love it here. Always dependable, quick, fresh and affordable. People may think, well...you can't really mess up a sub - but that's not true. You for sure can and this family run business is consistently delivering quality food every time I've ordered.

The selection is simple and I'm okay with that. Less is more in my opinion and better to be known for what works rather then try a hundred new ideas that don't. (Aka, their competitors)

They are always busy but even if you're in line...it's never a long wait.

The only criticsm I'd have is with only cash for orders. They have a bank machine if you like service fees so I've gotten in the habit of only going if I have 20$ on hand to save the hassles. Either way...small detail and not a...
