Zero Stars - AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from this A&W location. My experiences have been consistently disastrous, and today's visit was the final straw.

For the third time, I've had my order botched by their inept staff. Despite repeating myself FOUR TIMES, they still managed to slather mayonnaise all over my burger, putting someone's allergy at risk. Unbelievable.

The root of the problem is clear: the staff's alarming lack of English proficiency. It's not just a minor language barrier; it's a fundamental issue that compromises customer safety and satisfaction.

Here's the disturbing timeline:

Ordered food, explicitly stating "NO MAYONNAISE" due to allergy concerns. Confirmed with staff member, who nodded and repeated the order incorrectly. Double-checked with another staff member, who assured me it would be prepared correctly. Triple-checked with the cashier, who again confirmed the order. Opened the box at home to find... MAYONNAISE.

This is inexcusable. Three strikes, and A&W is OUT.

Reasons to avoid this restaurant:

How many more customers will you endanger with your staff's ineptitude? Invest in language training and staff education. Ensure your employees understand the severity of food allergies.

Final verdict:

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Zero stars isn't enough; I'd give it a -5 if possible.

Not only did A&W botch my order, but their response to my review is equally appalling. They claim to have "investigated all orders" on that day and found no match, yet I never provided any order details in my initial review. This blatant dishonesty raises serious concerns about their integrity.

Curdled spoiled incorrect iced latte given with order. Brought it back to let them know they made a mistake and employee claiming to be the supervisor said it is “policy” to wait so she can review camera footage to prove that the coffee I am bringing back is real. Already inconvenienced having to come back, having paid additional money to upgrade my coffee, having to continue my morning with NO coffee and now being treated like I am lying and scamming a coffee. Advising random policies that she couldn’t verify existed, making me wait while she serves East Indian customers and rudely speaking their language and discarding me felt racist and profiling me as a criminal trying to scam a coffee yet I was wearing on my back more than her annual salary… unacceptable A&W….. your brand is being dragged thru the mud!!! Now 45 more minutes waisted and completely ignored by employee - Kushi!!!!! On another note note, the East Indian people she rudely ignored me and spoke Indian to were eating non A&W food and personally helped from their table, then a skip driver also Indian was served as well prior to even taking my lunch order which I was unsuccessful in ordering.
