I made 2 separate purchases. The extendable Hermesz dining table then 6 Madrid chairs. The table is absolutely beautiful! It is a statement piece. I am so glad we invested in it. I adore it. Definitely recommend 5/5.

The chairs are beautiful as well. But I give them a 3/5. My issue is the discomfort. They are very hard on the butt and back. I ordered online but I wish I had went in person before ordering, as these items are final sale (which I didn’t realize until after the sale). In the description it states that the chairs are plush and comfortable but they absolutely aren’t. But I guess plush and comfortability are subjective. I had 2 different people sit on it without me saying anything and they said to me “These chairs are so hard.” … I’m actually embarrassed.

But with that said, the customer service was great. The person I spoke to tried to help satisfy me but it would be too much of a hassle so I decided to keep them and look for cushions to add on top of them.

BEWARE! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE AT THIS STORE! I do not recommend, you’ll end up getting screwed over. My husband went in and found a dining chair he liked but wasn’t sure how it would look like with our dining table, so the guy at the store told him you can take one home to see what it looks like and bring it back. So that’s what we did, he paid in full for the chair and was told he will get his money back once the chair is returned. 2 days later my husband receives a text msg from the store saying “we waited for you to bring back the chair all day yesterday, you can no longer return it” apparently they have a 24-48 hr policy THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD OF, had we been told we would have obviously brought back the chair within the 24-48 hr window. My husband apologized and told him he will be bringing it back in tomorrow as it was a weekend, the stores response was “it’s too late, you can’t return it”. How disgusting, what kind of horrible customer service is this. And to think we were ready to buy TEN CHAIRS when we brought it back, HELLLLLL NOOO! Go fix your customer service. Another thing that stood out was the amazing customer service. The day i came into the store, they gave me a good explanation of their product with no pushy pushy. And demo a "fire show" on the table top - to demo how durable and heat proof the table is which is very convincing! On top of that, their delivery team went above and beyond on the delivery day, navigating a tricky situation with my driveway occupied by construction workers. Despite the inconvenience, they carried our super heavy table from far away without hesitation, ensuring everything was perfectly set up.
