Was here the other day, and I got to say that I was pretty excited to checkout the food here. Even tho some of the other reviews suggest otherwise. After me and my family ordering multiple items on the menu. Exited to try them all. The only thing that was tasty was the house noddles which is literally noddles with a soy sauce base. I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed that we spent close to a hundred for mostly in edible “fake and artificial food” this is not like a restaurant tho it’s a family owned location. This tastes like fast food that you would find at a gas station… hope things change and you focus on making the food not only more tasty but more presentable too. The sweet and sour chicken is sooo doughy I’ll be surprised if there’s even chicken in there. The bean and beef tastes really expired. Took a while for the food to be made too (over half and hour) - out of many many plates. I’d say that 95% of the food was thrown away form the indelibleness of the food. I'm a long time customer of red chillies but the service I received today was appalling.

I have been ordering sheshuan noodles for years and they have always arrived with thick fat noodles. Today my order showed up with a shanghai noodle. I called to let the manager know about the mistake.

He told me I need to ask for the fat noodle which had never been an issue before. I explained that I would like to have the error corrected or my money back. He told me he would only do so if I returned the food that my family had already dug into (to serve to other guests?!)

We have already waited over an hour for the food to arrive and weren't about to wait another hour for someone to come pick up the noodles while the rest of the food gets cold.

When I told the manager that he's lost a long time customer and I will not order from them again he said "that's fine" and hung up.

I hope he thinks this review is "fine"...

On Valentines day, I called in my regular order which was within my purchase history, chicken teriyaki, substitute the broccoli for green peppers. Usually 15 minutes to prepare. When I arrived, the 2 boys at the front couldn't find the order and had looked over the pick up orders three times and went in the back to check in with the ladies 3 times. No invoice/slip any where. The manager came back and then said 2 minutes. They asked for my order since they never had the print out and I verbally gave and reminded them to substitute green peppers for broccoli. Within 8 minutes it was put together. When I went home to eat, it had broccoli. I brought it back and the manager was rude did nothing to fix the issue. She refunded the purchase. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend...
