DO NOT BUY AT THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION CHATHAM-KENT !!!! LOOK AT PHOTOS !!!!! WORST PIZZA EVER. ordered online at 3pm requested pizza be made for 8pm went in to pick up and was given rock hard pizza called and complained was told pizza was made and ready for pick up and had been sitting on top of the oven since 3:30pm. Was offered free replacement next day went in to pick up the replacement I requested extra cheese on all pizzas and this is what i got no cheese on multiple pizzas i received here are a few photos so you can see how different what you get compared to what you see in advertisements made by this location went in to let the person making the pizza know the pizzas didnt have the amount of cheese i ordered and told them there is lack of toppings and cheese on many slices and was told that this is the way pizzas are supposed to be made and when you cut the pizza all the toppings and cheese comes off. I said i didnt want the pizzas they said there was nothing else they could do for me. called head office complained and head office was supposed to call me back i called today 3 weeks later and they say the case is closed. You might be thinking to yourself this person has put alot of time into creating this feedback and detailing the whole situation online and for those of you who are thinking that you are right i am frustrated and disappointed that pizza hut has lost all standards as I am an 80s child and pizza hut used to be the place that we went to after a soccer game pizza hut used to be the place we had our birthdays ....... Oh well just for you locals out there try Andys pizza or Piezanos pizza both great and fair priced 100% quality same taste same quality every time and no lack of toppings or cheese. Order a medium one Hawaiian one Canadian.on line for pick up tonight. Kids started eating it. When I had tried both it was so doughy and uncooked I threw it in the oven as eating raw dough is far from healthy. I tried calling their service number for Chatham and phone hung up not on my end. So I called twice to not get understood by their teleservice service person. So I asked for manager. Lady who too phone call stated, “So like…. What do you want me to do. I explained twice I had to finish cooking it in my oven. She wanted us bring pizza back. One I had in oven. So agian I repeated it. Agian no apologizes stated, lady very rudely stated agian, “so like what to you want me to do?” Well one cook the pizza properly. As Pizza Huts in Canada used to go by Standards. Ontario Health inspectors would not be thrilled to know that this once great Pizza Hut was not fully cooking their pizza.and handing it to customers. Second be accountable. Apologize as your customer service representative ( manager) was rude. I said we would take credit to our account and as we put it in our own oven and she hung up on me. It wS once customary to apologize .for the problem not To be treated as if uncooked pizza is our fault. .and ssk what we want her to do… Go and check and make certain its not happening to other customers as it should be embarrassing. After thst Im wondering why we would we try again. This was our favourite. Loved everything about it especially the crispy bottom of pan pizza. uncooked and doughy is beyond unsatisfactory and so is the customer service. At this point we wouldnt cook our own. Not everyone calling is calling for free pizza. We called so manager would endure adequate cooking time was happening for other people. When we picked up we had only order on the board. Well,we're never ordering here again! The pizza and wings,dessert,was left outside.The driver didnt even knock!I heard someone drive out of my driveway thats how i knew it was delivered. The pizzas and the wings were lukewarm. (we ordered thru the Pizza Hut app,NOT thru Uber)We paid for it all online gave a good tip. The food was bad, the cinnabon rolls were tiny. I ordered before and they at least filled the tray,nit now. I called this location right away and the person that answered the phone told me that he was the district manager and he said to me, it was Uber that delivered and it's out of their control. I didnt order from Uber. I ordered from Pizza Hut app. And I told him, well, you're the company that's sending them,their driver,you still have resposibility. But nope,he just made excuses.
