If you'd like to experience the rudest customer service than this is the place for you, not always but more aften than not, some of the employees make this place just awful, they are catty, sarcastic and just rude. I have had good service here, but more often its the rude ones, busy on there phones or have friends in the drivethru window, I have visted this place well over 30-40 times as I live close. Get rid of the bad employee's and save this place as people like the food, but the service is yucky!! And maybe these young ladies have something against other women as my Wife seems to actually get worse service than I do. We received coupons in the mail. We haven't been there in years and decided to give it a go! The coupons just came out that day, and the employees had to call the owners/managers to find out how to imput the coupons into the register. They were very apologetic for the time it took (literally a minute or two, not long at all!) and thanked us repeatedly for our patience. The food was great, and the service was awesome! We'll be returning for sure. While we were there, 3 or 4 cars went through the drive-thru, and a couple of customers were dining in. As we were leaving, more customers were headed in the store. In the past month, I have been to this establishment on Richmond Street three times Of the course the food is always delicious. The workers are always friendly and always get my order right but unfortunately I have given a bad review because I have been there like I said three times in the last month and nobody is at the building if you are going to be changing your hours and closing early which I do understand if you’re not busy, but then you need to update your hours on your website every time I have been there you have been closed by 8 o’clock even though it says through the week 9 o’clock I was even there on Thursday night says 10 o’clock and you were gone...
