Terrible experience with their customer service. I live off campus (3 hours away) and wanted to place a custom order. My program wanted to have the same hoodie and people had placed their orders over the phone as we’re all attending a virtual program. The person who took my call, told me that they’re not taking orders over the phone, which is a lie because more than 5 people from my program have already made this request. The worker proceeds to inform me that i need to come down in person and place the order, and after i told her that i dont live near the campus, she told me to call back around 3 (which is when the bookstore is closed). My daughter and I went in to get some of her books and supplies. They were out of a good many books she needed. One of the books was on the shelf with a tag of $20.00. When we got to checkout it rang up as almost $240.00. It seems the book was put in the wrong place an the actual price was $89.00. Still it was not $240.00. My daughter had a gift card she wanted to use. After all of her things were rung in, we were informed they're not taking gift cards. A gift cards that specifically say campus bookstore. Place is great if you a student and love paying an organ for a book. But really the place is really clean and well layed out. I am also glad that they have the books layed out by section and by classes in the sections. Have cool u windsor merch. And cool hoodies for different departments.
