My daughter and I had a wonderful experience visiting the Duff-Baby mansion. We learned so much about Sandwich town as well as the house. We definitely will be attending other events that will be held there in the future for the public. It really was an amazing feeling being in the same room where history took place.

A part of it was being maintained hence I had to enter from backdoor but there were volunteers at every corner to guide me through the way. Lovely house with a long history going back in time. The staff and volunteers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Spent a lovely hot afternoon immersing in local history.

Volunteers told us of the jncredible history of this home. My partner added to the history aa well along with the Volunteers. We are historical reenactors with The Provincial Marine out of Amherstburg and are always interested in local history. Definitely worth seeing the...
