Today 18/02/2021 i went there with two of my friends to order sub for ourselves. Upon entering we were advise to wait outside as there were limit of 3 people in store and 2 were already inside. We were waiting in the closed lobby area. An Old lady came and asked us to wait outside so we went outside. When we entered again once everyone left same old lady said do you know how to read it is written only 3 people allowed which were rude in first place to treat a customer as it is their responsibility to have someone stand outside to let the customers know. Upon telling them the same old lady and his husband argued with me that it was my duty to check through window if there are people inside and then enter. The way the store located and winter with lots of poster on mirror it is hard to see of there are any people inside but again this was their response. Zero customer satisfaction. Adding to it another customer walks in and they asked him to wait outside so i said see this will continue to happen unless you have someone to watch over door in this pandemic to have safety and handle customer in orderly fashion. But they started to fight with me and asked me to leave the store if i dont agree with them. When the other guy came in they didnt ask him if he knows how to read or look through window that when i understood that they are racists as this behaviour was trigger because of my skin colour. I left the store as they were not professional nor properly trained. No one can stand their racist behaviour. I went back to store and asked their names they advise that owner is right there fixing vending machine upon having word with owner the old guy interfered the conversation to say that i am the only one making trouble and arguing while other customers doesn't. Well i am also a customer and when i am giving my feedback they need to listen what a customer is saying. Owner did not care enough to respond or how subway is run by these two customer representative. I urge subway chain to take strict actions against this particular store and owner by checking video. Please check this stores review on google by all international as well how they behave with customers. I will never set my foot in this particular store but that doesnt mean that this guy can run business in my neighbourhood with such nuisance CSR. well, I've been skipping around different locations in the city for subway since they do have great coupons every week on app and usually I don't really complain much but this was my third time experience here with special instructions. whenever I have buy one get one or buy three subs for discount we order it for our work lunch which is shared between few people which is why I have always added comments in order to "pack each 6' separately" which is not a big deal since I have gotten it from every location in the city. but for some reason three times in a row this location manages to ignore those comments and do whatever they want to do and make sub as per books. of course all ingredients are there but they're not made according to our preference without any fail. I've attached the receipt if you want to see it. ( also I had to ask the employee to hand me two wrapping papers so I could do it myself on the dining table since she clearly didn't even read my instructions so she could realize that she messed up my order. ) really I have zero hurry when I order so I even arrive late so they have extra time but still Nada.
edit again: so just called the store to ask if they are out of the whole menu or it's some kind of glitch as online app showed almost everything out of stock, now that's not an issue that it's out of stock but the guy who talked to me was so rude, says "why'd you ask that kind of question?" like brother we'd understand that one of 2 items are out but 10? that looked suspicious that's why I called but he kept being ignorant and gesturing that I was an idiot to call to inquire and hung up on me. Read moreThis was definitely my absolute worst subway experience, I love this franchise and I always get my steak and cheese foot longs.
They have an offer going around right now where if you purchase one foot long, you get the second one for $2. Me and my fiancé tried placing the order multiple times on both our phones with both our cards and even through the website because apparently you could only use the coupon online.
The reason we tried on multiple phones and the website is because it wasn’t working whatsoever. We walked into the store with proof that we couldn’t use the coupon on the app and the staff working at the time was very disrespectful and just kept ignoring us when we told her what was going on.
She then called her manager and the store owner explaining the situation and then handed me the phone to speak to the owner and he was nothing but rude, was giving me attitude and yelling at me. All they said was go to the website and call customer service at 11:20 Pm when the store closes at 12 Am.
I have never received such disrespect or poor customer service like this in a restaurant and I will definitely not be going to this...
