Whamburg — Restaurant in Ontario

Whamburg is an amazing establishment. Everything from the quality of their food (double whammy- extra pickles, 'cravy' fries and dr. pepper!) to their customer service is exceptional; above and beyond the expectations I had. Their double fried french fries have an unbeatable crunch, and a taste to their burger you can't put your finger on in the best way possible. What stands out to me and makes me a repeat customer above all else is their customer service. Youssef went the extra mile to call me and double check on a systematic online ordering error that could have resulted in a very disappointing burger for myself (I accidentally clicked remove all toppings). Despite his best efforts, we are human! I did receive an error in my order, at which point I sent off an email to info@whamburg in hopes of rectifying this. Within 24 hours I received a call from Adam who explained how the error occurred (human error, much like what I did), thanked me for my business, rectified the situation, and vocalized he would appreciate our business in the future. I ordered here from a few days ago and I have to say I am insanely impressed. I ordered the wham with extra pickles and I got fries and a twist shake.

The burger was excellent. The toppings werent messy and the bun is absoluetly sooooooooo soft I never had a bun like that before.

The fries were kinda cold unfortunately upon delivery, but the restaraunt is a bit far from my place for delivery so it makes sense and it was still enjoyable because it came with some garlic aoli sauce and it was soooo good and so garlicy just what an italian loves.

The twist shake which has chocolate and vanilla mixed together is incredible for my taste buns. It was the absolute comfort I needed after dealing with a member of my family passing away.

My family also enjoyed their order.

I heard good things about this place multiple times on the windsor food spotters group. This place is so much better then say ordering from McDonalds, Burger King and Harveys where you spend an arm and a leg.

I saw an ad on Facebook for this restaurant.

We ordered a double whammy, a single, a chicken sandwich and 2 milkshakes.

The milkshakes were wonderful, not too sweet, loved the chocolate chunks - definetly added a great flavour. The only downfall is the straws. I didn't even finish half of my shake and the top of the straw was so soggy.

I had the chicken sandwich - best I've ever had. It was flavourful, crispy and juicy. My daughter had the single whammy and she said "it was delicious, one of the best I've had. Definetly eat again" My husband had the double whammy, he said the sauce was good, burger is delicious, juicy, FRESH tasting, cooked very well.

The wrappers and the bun stamping are very unique and a great touch. We will most definetly be back. Can't wait to try the fries!!
