I’ve never really written a review before, but I think now this time I’ve had my last straw while I accept them into our community and they are a fairly decent store when you need things but unfortunately, not all is well well yes there are some things that are new in recent there are some things that are bad and old I had bought bread from here once, and it was mouldy I have buying chips from here that were So stale You could Throw it out the window like a ninja star, and it would break the window before the chip broke. My most recent complaint given I’ve grown up with his business near my area is their back freezer at the very end where they keep the dairy products, completely reeked of mold, and not only that they had an empty container of creamer in there and creamer that was so expired. It was like a balloon. I love and respect this business, but please do better for the sake of The community in Oshawa here Because there are many old people who live here and what if someone actually got sick? Like they didn’t know it was bad and they used it. This is a serious health risk and they aren’t even taking it seriously!!! Please please do better. That is all I’m asking. On April 15, 2025, I bought a Lotto Max lottery ticket from this convenience store. The merchant told me the cost was $6.00. I used my debit card and was not informed beforehand that I would be charged $0.25 for using debit. When I saw the charge for $6.25 in my bank account the next day, I called the merchant. The woman who answered said they charge if a customer uses debit, sorry. If they had told me beforehand about this charge, I would never have used my debit card. do not drop packages off here. very rude people work here; they will not scan your packages for DAYS untill you call and harass them to scan your packages in to get them picked up. do not sign up to be a drop of location if you don’t know how to do your job. i do not need to sit and baby sit you scan in my packages like you would like me too- as you are the store manager or whatever you should be able to simply scan a...
