As part of the Pyramid Family Health Organization (FHO), Dr. Riad Mansour, the on-call Doctor on duty, refused to see my daughter in person to diagnose her. He told me he is not comfortable diagnosing my daughter and I should bring her to Cheo instead. Well, I am thankful he refused to see my daughter because I don't think I have any confidence in him as a Doctor. Thank you for doing us a favor for not seeing my daughter in person. As a Doctor, this is terrible practice.

Luckily, there was another Doctor on call that night, and I was able to get my daughter in. She was assessed, we didn't need to go Cheo and we avoided the...

Was very disappointed with front reception. Very unprofessional and lack of urgency. Chantal lacks social skills and is Very rude. It’s unfortunate her manners and professionalism reflects upon DR. mansour. Waiting time is over two weeks to get a prescription. I would recommend the office to get a new front receptionist.

I had made the right decision when i chose Dr R. Mansour.

He is an excellent Doctor, Caring, take time to listen to his patients, professional counceling, he is extremely conforting during appointments

I couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor I am greatful for the excellent medical care I have received

He is just amazing and I highly recommend him to...
