Everyone was amazing, from Dr Ahmed to his entire staff. My first experiences with the dentist was to have teeth worked on or pulled with no freezing. This marked me for life. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist because of those past experiences, so for the rest of my life I didn’t go to the dentist unless I absolutely had to, like to have teeth removed. However, after having an appointment to have my last five teeth removed, I so wish Dr. Ahmed and staff had been my dentist office from the beginning, because I never would have been scared in the first place. Dr Ahmed and staff were kind and thoughtful and made my visit the best I have ever had. You see I have multiple sclerosis, so stairs are a problem and walking is a problem, etc... But at Greenbank Hunt Club Dental, I had none of those issues. The office is a ground level, the doors are not difficult to open, and the staff we’re so helpful. If you have a disability you can expect to be treated well, with no problems along the way.
Thank you so much to Dr Ahmed and his staff for making my last experience the very best I have ever had.
Forever grateful,...
Read moreNever had the chance to attend because they are so rude. Sending multiple rude emails in a flurry of minutes, interrogating me when I was booking on a family member’s behalf for a language issue which was then disclosed. Asking me why I selected 16+ for a senior when their only options are under 16 or 16+. Telling me they don’t cover programs when the city of Ottawa CDCP website advises they are one of the clinics that provide coverage. Interrogating me on my email signature… the height of ridiculous. What happened to a clinic calling to confirm an appointment?!
The owner of the clinic can expect to hear from me on staff behaviour. I am appalled. People in the city need services and if you advertise program coverage; it should be up to date. Even though I personally have private insurance, I would...
Read moreNo handicap accessibility, the receptionist runs to help everyone get in and out the door as much as she can while being very busy. I don’t know anywhere else where the receptionist would be this kind. In this day and age there should be handicap accessibility at the entryway of every commercial establishment. I have been visiting this office since Dr. Fukumoto owned it and there’s been a revolving door of changing faces but the staff that have been there about a year or two now, are great. My appointment ran very late this visit but that isn’t usually common and the kind receptionist kept checking on me and apologizing. I will continue to visit...
