Let me start with their Pho. The moment the bowl arrived at my table, I was immediately captivated by the aroma. The accompanying rice noodles, fresh herbs, and dipping sauce elevated the dish to another level of culinary bliss. The harmony of flavors and textures in the Bun Cha Hanoi was simply sublime, leaving me wanting more with each and every bite.

Apart from the remarkable food, the service at Pho Tuan was excellent. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch.

When I tell you I am a pho addict I am telling you I am a PHO ADDICT.

I have scoured the whole city of Ottawa, Brockville, Kingston. (Aside from Pho Chopstix in Kingston. Pho Tuan has to be the best pho place ive ever been to!

I got there twice a week and I live in the country of the west end. It is so damn worth it and amazing.

You know how you usually sometimes leave pho places feeling overly full … almost not feeling to good? I gorge a large pho with extra meat and veggies and feel amazingly perfectly full afterwards…

This pho restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment I walk in … Im always greeted with warm, friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere immediately made me feel at home.

The broth was rich and flavorful, clearly simmered to perfection, and the portion sizes were generous. I loved how fresh and crisp the herbs and vegetables were, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. (Real rice noodles - not the ones at most pho restaurants)

The attention to detail really sets this place apart. Whether you’re a pho enthusiast or trying it for the first time, you’ll be blown away by the depth of flavors. I also tried their rice paper wraps, and they were a perfect complement to the meal—light, refreshing, and filled with fresh ingredients.

If you’re craving authentic, high-quality pho, this spot should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be coming...

I utterly, respectfully, and shamelessly implore every person and their mother to check this place out. As yet, having enjoyed it for my first time today, I can only give a single reason why. Here it is.

This place has an absolutely heavenly dish called Bun Cha Hanoi that you simply cannot get at other Pho/Bun/Com places in the neighbourhood. And I am embarrassed to say that while I can see them from my yard, in eight years I hadn’t thought to skip over to check them out, instead frequenting other Somerset regular Vietnamese joints , as I said… until tonight.

That vermicelli dish has converted me, and now I know my worth (lol✨) when it comes to enjoying great neighbourhood bun. I will be back. I’m both sorry and shameful for my oversight with respect to this quality, local, homegrown restaurant!

P.s. The value was exceptional, especially given the portions. I wish that I had taken a picture, but honestly, my kitchen lighting isn’t hot and I didn’t want to mis-showcase them. The staff is also super friendly over both the phone and upon pick up. Special spring rolls are good, but Pho Thu Do is king for those. I won’t hesitate to try their Pho or Com next...
