Sincerely Kitchen — Local services in Port Coquitlam

I am leaving this review to share my experience with this commissary kitchen in hopes of helping others avoid a similar situation. I initially rented space here for my food truck business, and I was paying about $760 a month even when I barely used the facility.

When my business struggled and I couldn't make ends meet, I tried to have an honest, professional conversation to adjust our payment terms. We verbally agreed on a lower monthly payment plan. Unfortunately, the very same day we agreed, the owner went back on her word, demanded the full amount again, and eventually sent my account to collections.

I find it deeply disappointing and unprofessional that the agreement was not honored, especially given how little I actually used the kitchen. I hope this feedback encourages a more transparent and fair approach in the future. Until then, I can't recommend this...
