Please trust this review and it is based on our visit on November 27, 2018.

I am so sad to write this review as I am a Big fan of Royal Paan especially the one in Calgary.

I visited Royal Pan in Regina today and it was a very disappointing experience.

Food: I ordered Masala Dosa ($9.99+tax) and Rabri with Gulab Jamun for Dessert ($7.99+ tax) for have in and for take out I had ordered Bhaji Pav and Manchurian. Let's first talk about the food that I had in to eat, the dosa batter by itself was good however the Potato Masala in it was not at all fresh, felt like it was just defrosted from Frozen, Sambhar was good however the Potato masalo was not at all fresh and can spoil your health. Then when the dessert came I was very surprised and shocked!!! It had 3 Gulabjamun and few drops of thickened liquid milk which they so called Rabri which is not at all Rabri. The Gulab Jamun which they gave were Haldirams and it was not at all prepared inhouse. It was $7.99 plus taxes which is a very expensive dessert. And it was not at all Wow and I felt cheated.

The one which I had for takeout was Manchurian and Pav Bhaji. As soon as me and my wife tried it, we both agreed that it was a mistake to order it from Royal Paan Regina. Bhaji was very watery, lacked taste, quality and consistency. Trust me, we all can make way better bhaji then This Regina Outlet at home. Manchurian were not at all like Manchurian. Again a very bad taste a d lacked quality BIG TIME.

Trust me, dont waste your money here at this Outlet in Regina, it is not at all worth your money.

The cooks in the kitchen here have no idea of what real taste of food is.

If you want to try the actual taste of Royal paan then go to their Calgary Outlet.

I M just so disappointed with the Regina Outlet, we wasted 41$ today as not even 10% of it was worthy .

I am sorry if it hurts anyone however it is 100%...

My boyfriend and I have been to this place more times than we can count. During our most recent visit (July 13) we had some of the worst service I have ever experienced.. The restaurant was not overly busy and we were seated quickly. The waiter came and took our drink order. When he brought back our drinks my boyfriends glass was very dirty on the outside. It looked like it was unwashed. We asked him for a different cup and explained that the one he gave us was dirty. The waiter didn’t look as though he cared and replied with “oh” before grabbing the cup and walking away. He came back with a new clean glass and took our order. We ordered the chaat papdi, butter garlic masala dosa and the cheese masala dosa. When the order came out we began eating. I noticed that my dosa had nothing but cheese inside. The waiter did not come to check on us and my boyfriend ended up having to go and find him in order to let him know the order was wrong. Instead of making me a new dosa, we waited for over 10 minutes for him to return with a bowl of masala to dump into my dosa. The waiters reaction to getting the order incorrect and how the situation was handled were extremely disappointing. We have been here so many times and felt extremely disappointed with this visit. We will not be visiting again anytime soon.

We were here on July 13 at 5 PM. We had a...

I have been a loyal customer of Royal Paan Restaurant in Regina for the past 4 years, but my recent visit was nothing short of a letdown. The quality of food and the overall experience have deteriorated significantly since the change in management.

We ordered 1 Bombay Vada Pav, 1 Kutchhi Dabeli, Veg Manchurian, and Rajwadi Lassi. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed with every aspect of our meal.

The Vada Pav's bread was burnt, rendering the entire dish practically inedible. The Veg Manchurian was overcooked, burnt, and completely tasteless. It was a far cry from the delicious dishes we've enjoyed here in the past.

To add to our disappointment, the Rajwadi Lassi was incredibly thin, more like flavored water than a rich and creamy lassi. It lacked the traditional taste we were expecting.

It pains me to say this, but I won't be returning to this location in the future. The decline in food quality and service since the new management took over is evident, and it's no longer the place we used to love.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the restaurant, and they can work on improving the quality of their offerings. Until then, I'll be exploring other options for my Indian food...

I recently dined at royal paan, and unfortunately, it was not pleasant experience. We ordered a paneer sandwich and paneer burger. The sandwich was tasteless and lacked any seasoning, including salt. Even after having it replaced, the replacement was worse- it resembled more of a paneer bhurji sandwich rather than a standard paneer sandwich. The paneer burger also fell short, having the same issue of being bland with no salt. Additionally, the fries served were undercooked, which was quite off-putting. To top off the the experience, the restaurant’s interior was in poor condition. The cleanliness was concerning, with fly trappers hanging above the seating areas and PAN station, creating unsanitary environment. Overall, the food quality and cleanliness was disappointing

Everything we tried there was amazing in taste. I felt that the restaurant feels a little too crammed if they get customers even at only two of their tables. Its not very spacious, but that aside the restaurant is still definitely worth a visit. Enjoyed a delicious dinner; from starters to main course and even dessert everything was good. They gave us a bit spicy just as we mentioned. The service was good. Other people present there were too noisy so that kind of ruined the vibe, also couldn’t hear the music. But otherwise, great place to visit with your family and friends to get some finger licking Indian food. My favourite were the Manchurian fried rice as they were done just right.

This is hands down the best place to get indian fast food. They have so many options, the restaurant was super clean and staff are the absolute sweetest people I have ever met. I got the Bombay Vada pav, my wife got the masala dosa and samosa chaat the ingredients are super fresh (hence the name of the restaurant) and they cook the food to orders, You get more than what you pay for, the portions were so generous that we had leftovers! I will definitely be returning to try more items on their menu when i will Back to regina again. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best place in town.
