Dont know what is happening at Tim Hortons North End in Saint John NB they litterly dont care about their customers at the counter. Myself and a group of 4 or 5 go their every night. We buy food as well as drinks. Well Friday night we were there and one of us went to the counter and the girl serving was talking to a young man. My friend waited a few mins and then asked if she could be served and the girl said just a min I'm just talking to my boyfriend. Then Saturday night I met the group there and I went to the counter to get a drink. I waited a few mins but no one came to the counter. One girl was sweeping and there were 3 others in the drive thru. The girl sweeping dropped her broom to get food for the drive thru. One young man came to the coffee machine at the counter to get a drink and I asked if anyone was serving the counter. He said I'm just going to get this. I said but there are 4 of you in the drive thru and no one at the counter. He looked at me and said well the drive thru is busy and went back to the drive thru. I went and sat down. A few mins later he came to the counter and called out to me that he could help me now. I said that's ok. I will speak to the Manager in the morning. We all left and went to McDonalds. The service has been getting so bad at the counter that if there are more then 2 people in the store there is a line up. We have often gone thru the drive thru to get service and then brought it into the store. We are considering either looking for a different Tim's to frequent or go to McDonals. We understand they get times at the drive thru but counter service should be important as well. Something needs to...
Read moreThe place was a mess. This isn't usually the case with this store.
Ordered off their kiosk. They had 8 other orders on their kiosk and mobile ordering screen. Turned out it because they just weren't serving them off. I waited 25 minutes before they came to the serve station to let me know that they did not have apple slices, cheese strings, or the fruit snacks that were supposed to come with their kids packs. When I asked what they had for alternatives I was offered donuts and timbits, which is fine and dandy except they were asking me to replace the healthy part of my children's meals with more treats.
Honestly c'mon. Fruit snacks are non-perishable. You can keep them for months. Cheese strings are pretty similar. Apple slices fine. I can understand that.
If you aren't going to keep on top of stock for a product don't sell it. Don't market a kids meal and then force me to fill them full of junk food, and for goodness sake at least don't make the customer wait 25 minutes BEFORE letting them know, and no I promise you I'm not exaggerating it was 37 minutes from payment to me receiving the last items...
Read moreJust like any food establishment, mistakes happen, normally it's not a problem. However, at this point I'm a little frustrated. My husband and I ordered some breakfast wrap combos and a plain timbit for our dog.
When we left the drive through I noticed they had our doughnuts stuck together (typically this happens but not normally a big deal) the part that was upsetting was the timbit for our dog was thrown in with the chocolate fondant. Luckily nothing stuck to the timbit but still it's inconsiderate.
The second frustration came about when we got home. We opened our wraps and they weren't grilled, cold, and dry.
In a normal circumstance I would either take it back or just deal with it. However two days ago I went to the university avenue location. Where an employee made a mistake ringing in our order, didn't give us all our items, then argued with my husband that he never ordered his item. At this point it's just very...
