Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Saint John

I ordered online and went to the store about half an hour later. A cashier asked if anyone was waiting for online orders, so I said "Yes" and he took my name and number. About another half hour later, he asked the same question again, and I said that I was still waiting. He asked if I ordered a second time, I said "No, I haven't gotten my order yet." A couple minutes later, he gave me my order. All I got was a medium plant-based pepperoni pizza and a plant-based chicken sandwich, and from when I placed the order to when I was given my food, it took an hour and 10 minutes. Idk if they forgot about me, or what, but my goodness! I'm not the kind to get mad or complain, so I still tipped 20%, mostly because I felt bad for how chaotic it was in there. The food was alright, but the crust was a bit like cardboard. I'll probably just stick with Greco in the future. I wish them...

After waiting 45 minutes for my pizza to arrive the driver was parked outside for 5 minutes in the middle of the road when he finally calls me for order confirmation and I confirm my address he drives away gets two blocks down the street and calls me again to reconfirm the address he almost causes an accident as he is backing up the street... And then wants me to walk down my driveway to the street to get my order., when I refused and he came down the driveway and I told him that that was extremely reckless and careless of him and I wanted his name to contact his employer, he turned around with my order and walked away so I followed him and took a picture of his license plate when I asked him his name he got in the car and drove away...

Well they have improved a lot since my last visit (which on the first day of them opening store in saintjohn, it was chaotic)

They improved a lot, staff knows what they are doing , the order was taken immediately, offered all the options patiently, delivered without delay.

The taste has also been improved , specially the breaded chicken wings Waaayyyyy better.

It was less crowded too. Well maintained Their Large pizza + 10 wings + (2+1)dips + 4pops is pretty decent deal for 3people.

I would definitely visit them soon, to try their EXPENSIVE big buffalo chicken sandwich ( it's quite expensive)
