I have used this location based on the positive feedback from fellow reviewers. I wasn't as lucky as they were. The location is used now by Barbu Sportif, it was the old town barber location. Atmosphere is nice, the gang is welcoming but my haircut was a complete bust. I believe to be one of the few worst haircuts I ever got in my life...and this before holidays. Not lucky this time, waiting for a couple of months to ket the hair grow back and be able to give it a proper cut and form. Not be using this location again. I am making an edit to my review as I had the opportunity to be contacted by the team and invited to allow them to improve on the original result. I went today and I was pleasantly surprised that a member of the team was able to come with a very close, almost perfect, solution and the trim / correction would allow me to have a nice haircut for the holidays. J’y suis retourné aujourd’hui j’avais pris un rendez vous à 10h45 et on me demande de me crée un compte ce que je fait. Après le compte crée aucune confirmation que mon rdv est pris (email-texte rien) donc j’ai pris à 11h. J’arrive l’a bas ce matin et le monsieur me dit que j’ai pris 2 rendez vous oups je lui dit que je n’avais pas eu de confirmation donc voulais être sur d’avoir pris mon rendez vous ! Il me répond qu’il a annuler mon rendez-vous et que je n’avais pas mon # de téléphone inscrit pourtant ont est obliger de mettre sont # de téléphone pour crée un compte bref la lecons est … ne jamais mettre la faute sur le client surtout quand c’est votre système qui est fautif. en plus de ça un client est rentré sans rendez vous à 10h58 et il décide de le faire passer avant moi très déçu du service reçu du travaille a faire au niveau du service à la clientèle.(barber chris) Finalement j’ai attendu jusqu’à 11h15 et sa ma couter le double du prix et le barber n’a pas écouter...
