Sushi St-Sauveur — Restaurant in Saint-Sauveur

We are from Japan and France. We visited this restaurant to have UNAGI eel poke bowl!✩

Then we are so disappointed because THERE'S TOO MUCH MAYONNAISE on The Top of Our Unagis!😱

my son only had Unagi nigiris. He didn't even eat Unagi mayonnaise, and said..

"This unagi is actually really good! But I don't want to eat Unagi with mayonnaise IT TASTES HORRIBLY STRONG!"☹️

We totally agree with him.

Unagi already has a good original taste with deep tasty sauce, We could possibly understand that if mayonnaise was just for salad.

It's very shameful because THE ORIGINAL EEL WAS REALLY DELICIOUS!👍

In my opinion, People who order eel are people who like(knows) eel 🤔

I think it's unusual that local people order Unagi menus? they might be like that with mayonnaise?

Teriyaki chicken burger with mayonnaise is Good! It might be better to ask for the preference before ordering UNAGI! especially asiatique or...

Their service for delivery is abysmal though. More than once I've waited more than an hour after it was to be delivered. The system they have requires online orders be called in to confirm with the restaurant, where they then confirm a delivery time. Buy if they're over loaded with work, understaffed etc. They NEVER CALL to say that there is an issue. So you are left waiting and expecting dinner to show up, thats been confirmed, and it doesn't. This needs to change. I hope the restaurant reads this.

Call people, say it's going to be late. That way if the customer is actually able to come and get the food then they'll have dinner when they want and not be...

Simply Disgusting! Made us sick.

Ordered a large order of Sushi (for four), unfortunately about 20% was consumed before we started realizing that everything tasted off and tossing it in the garbage.

Not only the fish didn’t feel fresh..it had a freezer burn smell and taste, Basically the fish tasted like its was old and BORDERLINE ROTTEN. It only took 40 minutes to start feeling the nasty effects of bad fish and ultimately making the whole family sick.

How dare you serving this $#it to your clients! Your actions are greedy, negligent and criminal.
